Review content:
This repair was accomplished in two calls. The first one was on 5/17 and Eric told me that he couldn't do anything because there was a big bush blocking all access to the unit. I would have to have someone come and remove it. I was not charged for the service call. I was lucky to get someone that afternoon so I called back to reschedule....I was scheduled for 5/19. Orlando (owner) came and ended up in the attic to replace a fuse... he then repaired the outside wiring which had become exposed and reloaded the unit with coolant. He also replaced my air filter in the hall. Excellent service!
