So we need some 7ft x 4ft custom blinds made. The guy came, measured, gave us the estimate and left. We told him that we approved the offer, and and to go ahead and place the order for the blinds. He told us taht he could not place the order until he had the check. We told him that when he came to install them, we ould give him the check. He said that still didn't work for him, and that he would swing by to pick up the check. He came 10 days later. What kind of service is this. I took a whole month and a half to get the blind put up. The work was good, the service was crap.
