She is kind, and the couch is very comfortable, but she was not very understanding about attendance. As a patient dealing with PTSD, I often had to cancel with late notice due to sickness or schedule an emergency session due to a trigger and was denied. Sometimes, many times, my emails went ignored, which is not good for someone with low self-esteem! I sought out a therapist because I was raped, yet it was rarely brought up. Thus, I feel that very little progress was made in the year I saw her.
