We have taken our laptops here to have viruses removed and have brought the Wii here to get fixed a couple of times. Always been completely satisfied with the work they've done, the cost to have it done, and the turnaround time to get the items back. I hadn't ever bought anything from them until yesterday and WOW!! I went in there not knowing what I should be buying and the customer service was amazing! They were very knowledgable about the products and made several great suggestions as to what I wanted in a laptop for my daughter. The final sale was beyond anything I could've ever imagined and I'm so grateful for all their help!! I'll never take my computers or game systems anywhere but WCS for service work, and I'll definitely be telling all my friends about what a bunch of great people work here!! You guys are the best! Thank you!!
