Review content:
Called Action for an AC tuneup. We scheduled it for one week out. Action called that day and said that they couldn't make it so we rescheduled for another week out. The lady that called told us that we would be the first ones that morning. The day of the appt. came and we waited around for 3 hours and No One ever showed up or called! I finally decided to call the business and got the, ""well sir we are very busy"" line. Very turned off. There are too many other places out there that could use the business and will show up when they say they will.
Pros: Took my phone call
Cons: Never showed up ... twice
