My boyfriend ordered some snowboard boots for me for Christmas, and 12 DAYS later they show up and they are MEN'S BOOTS, when their website not only had them listed under the women's section but also described a women's boot in the description details! In fact, the description's still currently on there, check it out at http://www.cal-surf.com/product_detail.cfm?CatID=251&PID=7540 and have a laugh for me since I'm too pissed right now. And to put a cherry on the s#!t sundae, their manager was a grade-A asswad on the phone, giving me attitude because I mistakenly said it took 15 days to ship when it was really 12...oh damn, John, guess you told me! Bottom line: GO ELSEWHERE.
