I have used executive limo for years and enjoyed the comfortable ride with courteous skilled drivers. I travel often, and I want to especially praise the dispatcher Brendon tonight, when I realized at 10 pm Saturday night that my staff assistant had forgotten to book my car service to LGA, for a 6am Sunday morning pickup. Within minutes I had a reservation and I thank that driver for accepting my request at such a late moment. We will be sure that this mistake doesn't happen again, but thank you, Executive Limousine, for coming to my rescue.\r \r In a second episode, I would also like to praise the driver, Ariel, who searched for my foreign student on his first visit to the USA who did not have a cell phone. LGA airport is under reconstruction and close parking was not available, and the driver had to park and walk 15 minutes to find my student who was looking bewildered at the baggage claim. The driver was a real problem solver, making that extra effort in order to find my student and I really appreciate that. So in addition to Executive Limousine having courteous and skilled drivers, they also have drivers who can successfully problem solve.
