Review content:
I have always liked Toytota Foothills with their customer service. When I was there, I was surprise I had to pay. I was very confusted because my "agent" told me I would have free with "checking in; oil and filter, etc until I have 20,000 or 25,000. Yes, that is what I was told by my agent and I do think from mgr. too. I did not know that it is the "timing" that counts, so therefore I had to pay $54.00with a coupon that was given to me. The salesmen need to let the customer know that how it works about when and what how u will pay and not.... What was told to me was simply, free inspections; changing oil and filter, etc until I hit 20,000 or I may have heard 25,000 miles. Yes, I still tell many that I love Toyotas..
