At last we have air! It took some doing, but between Patrick and John and Morgan Air scheduler Chris, all systems are working. The techs were prompt and kept us informed about when they would get here and what they did to fix things. The AC was less than a year old and had, it turns out, a defective seal connecting to the coil in the air handler. This leaked the coolant so replacing it only lasted a few days before we again had no AC. But now the coil is replaced so all is cool again. Never enjoyed going to the Drs office as much as during this ordeal. They had AIR!
