Review content:
Extremely unpleasant and odd experience when visiting this used bookstore. My family recently had visited Midway and my daughters had asked to go to this store. Wow what a change in experience since our last visit. The moment we walked into the store my daughters who are 7,9,11 was stopped by the lady working there and was lectured on her weird rules with her books. Then they were hovered over the entire time. After being talked down to and treated unpleasantly by the crochety lady I finally had explained to my daughters that we would be leaving due to the fact that they didn't need to be treated so rudely. If you want a store that you can actually touch and look at a book this is NOT the store for you. If you do not welcome children why have a section for them. She hilariously then asked us to leave after I had already declared we were leaving. Being a local business owner ourselves we understand the importance of local support...but sadly I would rather by a book from Amazon or Barnes & Noble than expose myself to an extremely ill behave and lack for better terms joy kill lady. My daughters did learn a lesson for every mean person you'll meet 10 nice people. All other stores we visited that day we were welcomed and actually complimented on my daughters and how sweet they are.
