We are grateful for the help of all the folks from Mod Mech who helped us with very frustrating problems with our 4-year-old Lennox system the last few weeks. Service techs Darrin and Adam and install experts Kenny and Elvin came to our home for diagnoses and parts installation. Rheanna and Marie took all my calls to the office. They all were great; each was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. We are especially grateful for Ben and Charlie, who made the final repairs to our system. They were exemplary. They came three times--for a total of several hours--to do the final diagnosis, install temporary coolers, and perform the final fixes and part installation. One night they came at 830pm and stayed until 1130pm, running tests and patiently answering our questions. We are very grateful to Ben and Charlie for getting our system up and running again! Thanks to the all the folks at Mod Mech who helped us!
