Review content:
I recently noticed a transmission leak in my 2014 Chevy van. I spoke to a number of local repair shops and had the problem "diagnosed" as everything from needing a front seal to a "complete(?) " transmission overhaul. Try as I did, I could not get a comfortable feeling about what I was being told.
I was referred to Mr. Transmission by a trusted friend and mechanic who had himself done business with them.
I was most favorably impressed by their courtesy, knowledge, and complete professionalism.
The results of their computer diagnosis, road test, and examination revealed a minor problem which they quickly fixed. By the way, the actual problem was one that all other shops had not mentioned.
Mr. Transmission could have very easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and my fear of a major problem (read: skinned me!), but they did not.
They earned my trust and loyalty and my highest recommendation for customer service.
Whatever your transmission problem, go to Mr. Transmission first. They will save you much stress and concern, and most likely money as well.
