Worst phone service ever.After several attempts of calling, I get an answer from a guy who is frustrated about working at Kutcha's for 17years and he wouldn't even let me talk. He complained "Mr. Kutcha is a very busy man, he is gone to set up rentals at university right now, he is busy to answer his phone, blah..blah..". Then he hung up on me saying "Its Mr Kutcha on the other line". Didn't hear back for 2 hours. With my next attempt, a lady picked who answered with yes or no. We were looking to rent a pipe and drape for our private event and Mr Kutcha kept my event planner waiting for 2 days to give a straight answer. They said they are busy for that specific weekend and won't be able to deliver the item, we asked them if we could pick it up. After 2 days of wait and numerous phone calls they finally said "it's a no-go". I guess they only want big bucks and only want to rent out to big events. Please dont waste your time here if you are calling for a private event!!!!
