Review content:
This place is an absolute travesty. DO NOT bring your pets here. This place is so badly managed it is pathetic! They can't schedule. They can't manage basic inventory or ordering. They are constantly out of basic meds. Multiple times they have told us they ordered meds, even called us in to say the meds were ready only to find out they weren't ordered. They accused us of not paying a bill even threatened to send it to creditors until we showed them the receipt from us paying it. The funny part is they apparently messed up the bill the first time (we found out when they tried to re-Bill us) and ended up owing us money. In the latest debacle they were supposed to order a special harness for our dog to use after his surgery here and of course it wasn't here when we went to pick up our dog. It hadn't even been ordered. "Oh it will be in by the end of the week" well that sure helps a lot with our dog now since it is the beginning of the week doesn't it?! I highly doubt it will be in sinc
