I made an appt at Mr Tire off Dobbin Rd for two new tires and an oil change. I was 15 minutes early for my 3:00 appointment and was told it would take 1.5 hours (damn silly). I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes before they told me they hadn't started on my car and asked if I would like to reschedule for the next day. My reply ""HELL NO! Bite me.""
Mr. Tire = FAIL!!!
I will never set foot in a Mr Tire again.
I gave 1 star because there is no option for negitive stars. Check out other reviews before trusting these crooks. Not just the Columbia location. Check out the whole company. Wish I had, I would have saved myself a lot of time. At least they didn't get the
opportunity to damage my car to make a buck.
