never been treated like this before, i book a room a month a head and paid for it in full for 2weeks since i had to be right in that area for a job, when i get there to check in they have no record of me even checking in let a lone paided in full, i tell the lady who i am and she continues to tell me that i have no room reserved, i show her my bank statement and she still doesn't believe me, finally after 45 minutes she comes and tells me how sorry she was that she had found my reservation and that my room will b ready in 30 minutes, i said fine i'll come back, when i get back she is rushing to get me to my room so she can talk with her boyfriend husband who ever that guy was, anyway i get to my room and it trashed, sink had food in it, floor was filthy, walls had righting all over them, i walk back down to the office and tell the lady whats wrong with my place and ask her for another room she tells me sorry company policy can't change rooms unless you pay a transfer fee, are you kiddi
