I believe the owners of this restaurant also own Charley's in Orlando, so they cook the steaks the same way; over a wood pit grill. Therefore, the steaks taste great! \r \r They offer a number of different cuts: ribeye, filet, t-bone, etc. Watch out though, they offer a large and small cut of the t-bone, the smaller is about 16 oz and they call it a cowgirl. Perhaps they do this to embarrass men into buying the larger cut and therefore spend more money. \r \r Everything is ala carte so it can add up. I can say the side dishes portions are huge so get only a few and share with friends!\r \r The ambiance is nice if not a bit old fashioned. Still a good place to impress a date or for a family gathering.\r \r PROS: Great steaks, large portions\r CONS: Pricey, Potential long waits
