This was my first experience with a major dealership. All their ads on the web , including their own website has the same copy and pasted bs line about "I just did a FULL LIVE WALK AROUND." on all their vehicles. It also shows them in a spotless white background with a b/w checkered floor, not in any real world settings which I found misleading for the 2012 Chevy cruze I purchased. Their pictures may not even be the actual car that is being offered. The car I purchased was said to be in great shape, which during the walk around and test drive seemed to be true, but once I took it home and looked it over I found many flaws that might not have been a deal breaker , but they should have had the common courtesy to give close up photos or let me know in person about. And possibly a discount for. Mainly for paint chips that these cars are notorious for, just look it up on the web. The main complaint was for the condition of the tires.
