I took my bike there for routine maintenance. I wish I hadn't now. My bike was in perfect condition, several upgrades and less than 10,000 miles. It was a beautiful bike that I loved.\r

Short story, they dropped by bike off the lift (because they never use straps to secure the bikes when they work on them), and now it's totaled. They were very unsympathetic and didn't care that it was my only vehicle. They offered me book value and they keep the bike, so I'm waiting to hear from their insurance company.\r

Bottom Line - NEVER go to Troy City Garage. The owner is an ass and they have no clue what customer service even means.
