Bought some tires from them, one year later, started getting a shake in my car. Checked it out at my work, a well-known suspension company, and it turned out the tires were WAY out of balance. The very knowledgeable person who rebalanced my tires couldn't believe they were balanced only a year ago, said he had "never seen anything close to that bad before". Soon after this, a new shake showed up. Took my car back to KanRock, they admitted they sold me cheap tires they had "bought in bulk from China" and had many problems with, and that my tires were bad, but simply refused to honor my warranty. Did the same thing to my brother, who they sold the same junk tires too as well. They used to be a respectable tire shop that my family frequented, but not under the new management. Absolutely horrible service. Trust these reviews and go somewhere else! These crooks are ripping off the fine citizens of Lapeer!
