This place has really gone downhill. For urgent care, I recommend you try Mercy Hospital's FastTrack program instead.\r \r Back in the day, Family Care Medical Center used to be great, and Dr. Geha (who, sadly, passed away years ago) was a wonderful PCP for my family. After that, we still came in occasionally for the urgent care, but by May 2009 we were feeling like this practice was pretty mediocre, especially compared to what it had been.\r \r Still, I decided to give them another try this year, rather than go to the ER. What a mistake. I was treated extremely rudely, and I will never go back. A terrible experience.\r \r In striking contrast, the physician's assistant I saw just two days later at another facility was very knowledgeable, insightful, kind and helpful, and totally helped me get my health problems under control.
