Review content:
We called to make an appointment on our cellphone. Given a 6hr time window on Wednesday meaning I had to take off the whole day. Once they came they said we needed to refer to a different department within Snyder-which is very understandable.
Given a 4hr time window Friday- meaning I had to leave work early. They didn't show- didn't call. I called them and they said when they called the phone it was "disconnected". Even after realizing it was disconnected they continued calling that number- idiots. Didn't even think to call my other number-my cell phone number which I gave!
When I called they also said "well it was raining". Like that's an excuse to not inform a customer of a possible cancellation? The work was inside, the weather was not bad enough to use as an excuse.
If you have a life, don't let this business waste your time. Snyder, get your $@!#% together.
