Stay from May 6th to May 8th. Very pleasant stay. Hotel room was quiet. Only complain was the renovations. very strong fume smell, other then that excelled stay. There was an African American woman during hours of 3-11, who checked us in and was very welcoming and good at her job. She was trained well. The night auditor was also good and efficient at his job. I work at hotel so I know how they are ran. Kudos to staff. Have family in Birmingham, and will stay here again in future.
