LOVE MY CLOSET\r
The team at Closet Factory is amazing. From my sales person (Ann) to the office manager (Julie) to the production manager (Louis) to the installation crew (Alfredo and Rudy), this has been a ""best in class"" experience. \r

I am pretty particular, and every step of the selection and installation went off without a hitch. In fact, I made a selection mistake...I ""cheaped out"" and thought it'd be ok to have exposed drywall instead of backing, but I couldn't have been more wrong, and Julie, Louis, Rudy, and Alfredo took care of me with no delay to installing my closet, which was amazing customer service. A special shout-out to Rudy and Alfedo...these guys rock. They are so incredibly polite, professional, diligent, and knowledgable. My closet is installed with craftsmanship (no gapping and everything is level). \r

The icing on the cake is that I've had my Closet Factory closet for about 3 months, and I love it more each day.
