From the moment Naylene called me back, until the end of my appointment with Dr. Torres, I felt comforted and cared for. They made me feel relaxed and without that embarrassing feeling. Even though it was my first visit with Dr. Torres, I felt I was with a friend. I had a serious issue which, Dr. Torres took care of immediately. Having to go to the emergency room before being admitted, Dr. Torres took time out of her night to come visit me in the emergency room, while she was leaving for home. She sat down with my husband and discussed everything to do with my procedure with both of us and to address any of our concerns. After my procedure, Dr. Torres sat with my husband once again, explained what she had found, how I was doing and put him at ease. My follow up visits have been as friendly and comforting. Dr. Torres really loves what she does and it shows.
