Review content:
I have had them come out several times to spray for fleas because the landlord uses this company. I still have fleas. I have been asked over and over and over whether there are animals outside and have told them over and over and over there are rabbits, squirrels, and stray cats. Their customer service is frustrating because a customer often gets different people who ask the same questions you have answered ad nauseam. And then by the time they finally talk to each other, it's several days till they can come out, and the fleas are worse than ever and do not stay gone more than a few weeks. There could be something going on that I am not aware of, but I am most unhappy with their attitudes, lack of explanations, and lack of interest solving the problem. I do NOT recommend them.
