Robert the owner came on site gave quote. which was an awesome quote considering I would need their services again with in a week. However you get what you pay for. The movers were scheduled to be there at 9 the arrived after 12. They had my kid pick them up lunch. They spent time talking to my teenage girls and myself while they should have been working. Nate even had time to tell me stories about the business that I should not know. When they were done loading truck I made the mistake of not checking completely to make sure nothing was left. At the storage unite Nate did do a good job of packing one unit the other not so much. I left to use restroom and before I could get back I had a message from Nate saying they would not take the last few things off the truck because they needed to be paid. I was actually pulling up as he was calling and found him just sitting in the truck. Nate asked for full payment for the first move and second upon completion which I am glad I refused. The next day I found out they left enough stuff that I had to rent a truck and pay someone else to move it. I contacted Robert just to let him know I didn't need them to come back and fix it at that point. However he was rude and basically told me he didn't need my business and that it took too long even though he is the one that did the estimate. Use someone else this company is new and has no idea what they are doing.
