short version -
got hit, was referred by a friend to go in... my car started leaking gas from the accident when I filling the tank. They marked it down on their estimate to look at. They never did.
After 2 months and multiple dealings with them... they couldn't figure it out asking me to come down a 5th time.
Took it to a real mechanic and 45 minutes later the issue of leaking gas was solved! By a gasket that was not properly installed... by their techs.
Got my car back from the 4th time of taking it in, muddy foot prints and 10 bucks missing from my glove box. If you value your time and money... RUN AWAY! IMO THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY CLAIM! and after they got tired of dealing with me they just told the insurance company the damage wasn't accident related... Worst customer service I've ever had, and still had to take it to a real mechanic to get fixed!
