Review content:
I purchased a 2007 Can-Am Outlander 800 Max XT four wheeler from Jackson Motor Sports in November of last year. The whole purchasing process was great with no complaints at all. Delight turned to despair when I took it in for an insurance estimate. I was told the estimate would only take a couple of days. A couple of days turned into a couple of weeks and after 4 1/2 weeks I was fed up with the delays and excuses. I told my insurance adjuster that I was not going to call J.M.S. again, I was done! They gave my insurance adjuster the run-around for about a week and a half before finally coming up with the estimate. I went to pick it up and they wanted to fix it. I said "NO friggin way!" It took 6 weeks just to get an estimate! How long would it take to fix it, 6 months?
