I used to work for IHG so I had a discount at all the hotels in the brand. This hotel is gorgeous with an old school feel to it. It's very classy. The rooms have great views of the city. 24 hour room service and delicious lobster bisque. What stood out to me the most was the excellent customer service. My boyfriend at the time and I wanted to go out for a night of drinking. While he was smoking a cigarette he spoke to the man in charge of valet about how we wanted to go out. The valet man offered us the hotel's towncar and said that we can take that instead of a cab, free of charge. We just had to tell the driver where we wanted to go. I thought that was really awesome. \r \r It's also right across from the gorgeous Grace Cathedral. I'd one day want to get married there and have my reception at this hotel :)
