I was rushed out of there the first time I went. The diagnosis of worms was wrong, but Dr. Rapple didn't ask many questions he just gave my cat antibiotics and sent me on my way. The whole thing was VERY EXPENSIVE.I don't know why I brought my second cat there. I called to make an appointment and they told me that the visit fee would be about $25. I went in, received treatment and when I went to pay it was a $40. I argued with two people there for a little and they just kept saying it is their policy that I pay the full vet visit amount if they have never seen this cat. Well I told the lady on the phone that this cat had never been there and she still told me $25. She even put my cat into the system when she made the appointment because he was not previously in there. Instead of having good customer service and honoring that price, they told me I could pay the rest at another time if it was to much. I was furious! I will never go back.Thankfully I found Dr. Inkley in Randolph. It is a
