I'm beyond upset with this business' complete and utter incompetency and unprofessionalism. I travel often for work and have had wonderful experiences with other short term furnished apartment rental agencies and services, however, this company has been the absolute WORST! I contacted them in plenty of time and in advance of my trip and was given a few offers and quotes on 2 places via email by customer service agent Carson. I replied back to his email immediately specifying which unit I was interested in and was ready to book, just needed the steps to move forward to secure the booking, also informing him, just out of courtesy, not that I had to, that I travel with a service animal due to a disability (I'm a Veteran by the way), and then I heard nothing, not a phone call, nor an email, nothing. I became concerned as my travel dates were coming up, so I began calling the office number everyday, FINALLY I reached Carson in the office, he apologized and said that he had been busy but that he should've written me back. He said that he would send me over the booking details in an email right then. I waited an hour, but received nothing. I tried emailing him and calling the office the next 2 days and still wasn't able to reach anyone of hear anything. FINALLY, just today, I called the office and reached Carson only to find out he is now telling me that the unit I wanted was already booked....and that he did not have anything else available until after my time in Chicago. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never in all my time as a business traveler have I dealt with such incompetency or unprofessionalism. I will tell anyone and everyone I know NOT to use this service!
