I called Anderson on the first day of summer this year. Going to be the hottest day ever in Escondido and most of San Diego County. I left a message for Vito and he called me right back. There was a window between 10:00 and 2:00. Then he updated me with a 3:00 - 7:00 window of availability. I said "even though I'm a VIP and a Senior Citizen?" Yes, he said. They were taking VIPs all day and rescheduling all of the other maintenance calls. Brian called me at 2:45 and said he was on his way to my house. I left work and met him there. He had already begun to test my system. Turns out I had NO Freon in my unit AND had the fan set to "on" instead of "auto". Problem solved!! He was super polite, neat and helpful. He did mention that my unit was old, but no pressure to buy anything new. The money I paid will be deducted from any purchase I make of a new system. Always a pleasure to work with Anderson
