My husband gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day to use for a spa pedicure. I tried three different dates to book one and I was told they were completely booked up. I wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere and the manager was very unprofessional and had a "stuck up" attitude with me on the phone. When I went to the salon in person, the same manager waited on me. She handed me the $50 in cash, I asked her how much was the gift certificate , and she said "fifty dollars, just what's in your hand" Very Bad Attitude and Very Unprofessional! I told my husband not to get me anything from there again ! And the brochure states that the cost of that spa pedicure was $52! So she also ripped me off $2.00! Do not go there !
