From my initial phone call to the installation of a new AC unit and air handler, Paradise the epitome of courtesy and professionalism. When my unit stopped working on a late Saturday afternoon, my call was answered promptly. The technician, Chris, returned my call to discuss the problem within a few moments, and assured me Jacques would be in contact first thing Monday morning regarding price for repair. I spoke with Jacques on Monday, who patiently went over all my options. Once I decided to replace, rather than repair, the unit, Ed came out within a few hours to obtain the necessary information. Later that day, a written estimate was sent to me, and first thing Tuesday morning, my new unit was being installed by Chris and Max. They took the time to explain the functions of the unit and how to properly maintain it. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend this company.
