they do not stand behind the furniture that they sell, they sold my parents a couch and love seat with reclining seats, not only could they not not put the bottom of the recliner back into sitting position on any portion of the couch or love seat but neither could I, I am a young active woman.. to further insult us they said it was only because my parents were old, by father maybe 79 but he has the body of a 50 yr old and is very active plays golf and works .. he is a strong man.. they said they would have a technician come fix it but that never happened very disappointed will let everyone know in the community.. very upset.. worst experience ever
