Review content:
There's no denying Mongolian BBQ's appeal - it's a fun alternative to the traditional night out to dinner - yet, I can't help but get the feeling I'm doing all the work while the waitstaff is getting all the tips! Not only that, it's a little pricey: about $12.99 per person for the food (and drinks are extra). And no matter if you create only one stir-fry bowl or go up 3 or 4 times and have soup and salad...you still end up spending paying $12.99, and there are no cheaper options. The other problem I have is, unless you're on the same 'stir-fry schedule' as the friends you're dining with, you end up missing out on a lot of conversation and time together while you're off preparing your food and having it grilled. It's a great restaurant in concept, but lately I've been feeling like if I'm going to go out to dinner, I want to sit there and enjoy my company while I relax and let the waitstaff serve me...not stand in line all night waiting for my food to cook!
