Ripped off by this body shop for self serving reason of the manager. He wants my car for one of his children, so he is undervaluing it to the insurance company. Very poor way to treat longtime customers. Sneaky, greedy, selfish, dirty treatment. Won't be coming back to this body shop ever again.
