Review content:
We stayed here for 2 nights last week. The room was ok, but the dark green carpet was full of spots and stains. I dropped a glass of water by accident and went to clean it up with a towel and the towel turned dark gray--really gross! The A/C vent cover was peeling paint and the elevator to the 12th floor was broken for the whole time we were there. We had to wait until someone got off at our floor or else wait for the staff to send one up....usually about 10-15 minutes or use the steps. \r
The onsite restaurant was very good. We had 4 different entrees, even one a burger with fries, which we would recommend, even though it was alittle pricey. The hotel is not far from the strip, maybe 2 blocks, but in 100 degree+ temps., it was unbearable. They accept pets...small ones, which is a plus for pet lovers. The staff was very nice, except when it came to the elevator, still don't know why they put us on a floor when they knew that the elevator was broken!!\r
The casino is small and smokey, but it was crowded each evening. The gift shop is ok...expensive but good for last minute souveniers.
Pros: takes small pets, good restaurant and food
Cons: small casino, hot walk to strip, below average rooms
