Dr Gaddie was recommended by my optermist in Franklin Ky. First visit was good . Was treated well . Dr Gaddie revied my file and said " I will call in a standing order for your eye drops . I thought great no more having to wait for Walgreens to call and get refill authorized . Yep they fooled me . I missed one appointment at the shelbyville rd location had to go to Lagrange . Told the office clerk I needed eye drops she said no problem . I also brought up the fact that dr Gaddie said it would b a standing order but Walgreens had to call every time to get refill authorizesd . Clerk told me we will get that taken care of . I made appointment for late August . Will call my insurance provider ASAP and get hopeful ya responsible dr .
