Terry H. arrived on time, as scheduled, with a warm and friendly smile. He introduced himself and recalled having been here many years ago. I was especially pleased to see he wore his booties before entering the house. He proceeded to familiarize himself with the areas in need of service. He worked diligently throughout the entire time and was happy as he hummed and "whistled while he worked." He was more than accommodating when asked to answer specific questions about the units. Some of the service areas are of a tight squeeze, yet Terry H. simply sat on his bucket, squeezing himself into the correct locations, never once complaining. We enjoyed his family compassion as my mother (82) shared stories about her late husband and her late mother, my father and grandmother. I am more than pleased with Terry's work ethic and knowledge concerning heating and cooling systems. I certainly hope these comments do not go unnoticed, and you reward Terry H. in some way for his outstanding representation of your company's name. It is very important for customer service and for returning customers or for customers who have been dedicated to Deiter Brothers, as my mother Joan Piagesi, has been for many, many years. I will request Terry H. for all future services. Please note this in my records. Terry H. has earned 5 stars today. Thank you.
