I have many times visited Mr. Cole at his office and he is not only willing to help me, but proactively asks if there is anything he can do for me to make my insurance needs less cumbersome. Rob is not only a great insurance agent, but a neighborhood ally in servicing my needs. For example I was in a recent accident and Rob took me into his busy office area and assisted me in commencing a claim. He showed the next steps in the process and assured me that he would stand behind me until this had been resolved.
