Review content:
I have generally had good experience with this company. Last service unfortunately not very good. New furance - Sales Rep great but told me to contact him anytime with questions. Contacted him by email next day - 2 months later still have not heard from him. Installation went fine. - day after STRONG gas smell. Contacted company about coming out to fix. I was told Install manager had to take care of it since it was a new furnace and he would call me. Waited an hour didn't hear from him, I called back. Told he would be there in appx 1 1/2 hours. 2 hours later still hadn't arrived. Just as I was about to called again, got phone call from company. Told that Install Mgr wasn't coming but service tech would be there in 1 1/2 hours. Came 2 hours later. He was great. Fixed problem, but 5 hours after my initial call and me having to keep following up and it was 11:30 PM by time all complete. Doesn't seem to fit with the 1 hour emergency service that's advertised on internet and I would consider a STRONG gas smell on a new furnace an emergency.
