I was traveling from Missoula, Montana to Lansing, Michigan and I broke down in Rockford, Illinois. Thank God for Mark's Auto!!! Although they are obviously a busy shop, they managed to work my rig into their schedule, provided stellar customer service (including complimentary transportation to and from a nearby hotel), maintained clear and frequent communication with me about the status of my vehicle, and provided timely repairs. I was back on the road in just over 24 hours. A huge thank you to Terry, Mark, and the rest of the crew. Much appreciated!
