Review content:
Scotty's Custom Glass Tinting tinted all the windows in my home a few years ago. Then one of my windows needed to be replaced, and therefore the new window needed tinting. I called Scotty's. They said someone would call me back for an appointment. I waited more than 5 weeks and nobody called. So I called again and stated my complaint that no one called to make an appointment. The woman answering the phone asked me if I wanted her to let management know that I had called a second time. I told her I want someone to call me to make an appointment. It's now been an additional week and nobody from Scotty's has called me back. I guess tinting just one replacement window is too small of a job, so instead of just telling me that, they ignored me. When I called back a third time, the woman said I sounded upset and that she didn't need to hear about it and hung up the phone
