I really do hate to be the first one to give them a bad review and I have never complained about a business in my life before. However, I started working in the High Point area about 1 1/2 years ago and heard such great things about the bakery and couldnt wait to try them! After spending way too much on a platter of dry but beautiful sugar cookies for christmas and just receiving rude service yesterday buying a birthday cake for my husband, which she promised me didn't have coconut in it and 2 out of 3 members of our household do not like coconut and it had coconut in it, I wont be back. I just tried to talk to a manager or owner and the lady who answered the phone said they wouldnt be available to Tuesday, so thats why I'm posting this review. I love coconut and thought oh well I'll eat what I can and freeze or give away the rest, however the cake is dry but edible with coffee and you could feel the sugar crystals in the frosting , it felt like it wasn't ever mixed together,
