It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark Howard and the sales team at Wesley Chapel Toyota. My husband and I had been working with Wesley Chapel Honda to buy a used car for my daughter, and we made an appointment with Mark Howard to see a used Honda Civic that was on his lot. He graciously welcomed us and the representative from Wesley Chapel Honda, and he worked with us to get us a great deal on the Civic. Mark made the process smooth and stress-free, and we were so impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate he was. The finance manager, John DeLoach, was also a pleasure to work with, and the gentleman who was in charge of cleaning up the car for us did a fantastic job. After our wonderful experience, we understand why this dealership is known for its customer service! We highly recommend Mark Howard and Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone looking for an exceptional car-buying experience!
