Review content:
I rented from them for 2 years or so, they'r not bad, just like every other management in town ,they have just "ok" service. HOwever, i disagree with the other reviewer because i think they do fill out maintanece request pretty quickly. Usually within the same day depending on the urgency of it. I would say that the house is old and it's pretty run down. (and mind i say the place is not cheap either.) So, they should have better maintained the place rather then having the tennants to call them in to fix this and that all the time. Though at the end, they did eat your deposit , saying that the light bulb has been burnt out, the shower bar has been broken (and it has been broken since i moved in). Some how I do not have energy to argue with them, so i'll just let it go.
