MY NEIGHBOR REFERRED PINELLAS AUTO TO ME AND FOR THAT I AM GOING TO SEND HIM FLOWERS. ALL OF THE GREAT STATEMENTS I COULD SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND THIS COMPANY WOULD COVER THIS WHOLE PAGE. NOT ONLY WAS THIS AC CONVERSION COMPLETED TO PERFECTION, SHANNON EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AS TO THE TIME FRAME AND EVERY PART OF THE PROCEDURE AND ALL THE "WHYS" OF THE PROCEDURE AS WELL. I REALLY THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR A 4 HOUR CONVERSION JOB ON THIS 1991 5.0 CONVERTIBLE I NAMED PEGASUS. SHANNON WAS WONDERFUL IN EVERY WAY AND COULD ANSWER EACH AND EVERY QUESTION I THREW AT HER. WHAT A MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE AND A WONDERFUL FAMILY BUSINESS. I REGRET NOT KNOWING OF THIS BUSINESS BEFORE NOW. HONESTLY, THIS BUSINESS IN AT THE TOP OF MY LIST AS A 5 STAR COMPANY IN EVERYWAY. PINELLAS AUTO AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AS A WOMAN NOT KNOWING MUCH ABOUT THE MECHANICS OF AN AUTOMOBILE. THE CAR WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME AS CLEAN AS IT WAS WHEN I ENTERED THE SHOP AND THE AIR CONDITIONING IS BETTER THAN WHEN THE CAR WAS NEW. I AM ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED AND BLOWN AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY, THEIR PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS THEIR COURTESY. DURING MY STAY FOUR HOURS IN TARPON SPRINGS I ATE AT A GREAT GREEK RESTAURANT A BLOCK AWAY, I SHOPPED AT ALL THE ANTIQUE SHOPS, I VIEWED THE GREEK CHURCH ON THE CORNER, VISITED MY CHIROPRACTOR'S OFFICE AND SAT AND WATCHED TV IN THEIR VERY COMFORTABLE WAITING LOUNGE AS THEIR LOUNGE IS VERY QUIET, COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. I WILL REFER EVERY FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR I KNOW TO PINELLAS AUTO. ALL I CAN REALLY SAY IS, WOW, I WAS BLOWN AWAY AT MY AGE OF 67 YEARS AS THERE ARE FEW THINGS IN THE WORLD WHICH REALLY WOW ME ANYMORE!
