KCC is an outstanding firm with time-tested processes and a broad network of connections, particularly in the local Charlotte market. They have helped thousands of executives transition careers and find new and better opportunities since 1982. They helped me find three different COO positions in the 1999-2006 timeframe and I even worked with them briefly when I was between things. I have the utmost respect for Jerry and the entire team at KCC. They are in a class of their own.
